On March 9th, the Construction Authority and Foothill Transit Constructors – a Kiewit Parsons Joint Venture (FTC) hosted “Meet the Primes.” The event was organized to provide small business representatives an opportunity to learn about upcoming contracting work and how to submit information to the prime contractor to be noticed when the work is ready for bidding. The event drew nearly 120 individuals representing more than 75 local and regional small businesses.
